Refund Policy

TABULA RASA CLEANING SERVICES LLC – Residential Cleaning Services

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Services were not performed as scheduled and cannot be rescheduled.
     

  • A re-clean was not possible or did not resolve the issue.
     

  • The client canceled with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Notification of dissatisfaction was received more than 24 hours after service.
     

  • Client was unavailable to provide access to the property (lockout).
     

  • Service was completed as requested but expectations were not communicated clearly.
     

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (see cancellation terms).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a fee or be non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
     

  • Refunds will reflect only the portion of the service not completed or resolved.

How to Request a Refund or Re-Clean

Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment:

Include your name, service date, and a description of the issue. Photos (if applicable) help us resolve the matter quickly.
