Service Overview

Tabula Rasa Cleaning Services provides:

  • ✅ Recurring Cleaning

  • ✅ Deep Cleaning

  • ✅ Airbnb Turnover Cleaning

  • ✅ Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

  • ✅ Seasonal Cleaning

  • ✅ Post-Construction Cleaning
     

We proudly serve busy professionals, families, seniors, and luxury homeowners across New Hampshire. Whether it’s weekly upkeep or a full reset after renovation, we deliver professional, thorough, and friendly service—every time.

 

Scheduling & Appointments

  • Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are prioritized in scheduling.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.
     

 

Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring access (key, lockbox, garage code, or being present).

  • Lockout Fee: If we arrive and cannot access the home, a lockout fee of the full cost of the cleaning will apply.

  • For post-construction jobs, access must be confirmed with the contractor or project manager.

  • Kindly secure all pets or leave clear instructions for handling them.

 

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due on the day of service.
    We accept:

  • Rate increases- we reserve the right to raise our rates as needed to adjust for costs, however we will always give our clients advance notice of any price increase.
     

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll re-clean the area at no additional cost.

(Note: Applies only if the home remains in its original cleaned condition.)

 

Construction Cleaning

We offer detailed post-construction cleaning for homes and remodels:

  • Dust and debris removal

  • Interior surface cleaning (walls, floors, baseboards, light fixtures)

  • Window cleaning (interior only)

  • Cabinet, countertop, and appliance wipe-downs
     

Important Notes:

  • Site must have electricity and running water

  • Heavy-duty debris removal (e.g., nails, lumber, hazardous waste) is not included

  • Quoted based on square footage, condition, and scope
     

 

Damage & Breakage Policy

  • We take great care, but accidents may happen.

  • Damages must be reported within 48 hours.

  • We may offer repair, replacement, or compensation up to $100.

  • Items of significant value (antiques, artwork, electronics) should be noted in advance and properly secured. We reserve the right to review three estimates before agreeing to any remedies.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for breakage due to objects that are inherently unstable or delicate, or inappropriately placed, such as top-heavy items with inadequate bases, improperly hung pictures, or wobbly objects. Such situations are regarded as accidents-in-waiting and may occur no matter how carefully our cleaning technicians are working.

  • The materials used in many window blinds can become brittle over time and may break while cleaning, or even while opening or closing them. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for damages to older blinds. If this is a risk you cannot  accept, please let our office know which areas we should avoid and we will add it to your home details.

  • Please move fragile, unstable, or expensive items to a location we do not clean, or ask us to skip that area completely if you do not wish to accept the risk of accidental damage.
     

 

Supplies & Equipment

  • We bring all our own professional-grade supplies and equipment.

  • Eco-friendly products are available upon request.

  • If you require us to use your supplies, please notify us in advance.
     

 

Health & Safety

We maintain a safe environment for all:

  • We do not clean biohazards, mold, pet waste, or rodent/insect infestations.

  • Cleaners do not climb ladders above two steps.

  • Firearms must be stored and pets secured during service.

  • We appreciate you communicating any illnesses in the household.
     

 

Right to Refuse Service

Tabula Rasa Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The environment is deemed unsanitary, hazardous, or unreasonable

  • The client engages in disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate conduct
     

 

Scope of Services

Standard Cleaning (Routine / Maintenance), Typically done weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Included: 

  • Dusting (furniture, shelves, baseboards)

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs

  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors

  • Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Emptying trash bins

  • Light tidying

  • Bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, counters)

Deep Cleaning (Initial / Seasonal)

Recommended for first-time cleanings or every few months. Includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:

  • Baseboard scrubbing

  • Detailed appliance cleaning (oven, fridge exterior/interior)

  • Cabinet interior cleaning

  • Heavy dust buildup removal

  • Light fixture & ceiling fan cleaning

  • Grout scrubbing and shower door descaling

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Ideal before or after moving. More intensive. Includes everything in Deep Cleaning, plus:

  • Inside cabinets and drawers

  • Inside refrigerator and freezer

  • Inside oven

  • Interior windows

  • Wall spot cleaning

Green or Eco-Friendly Cleaning

Same services as above but using non-toxic, biodegradable products. Ideal for homes with children, pets, or allergies.

Add-On Services (Optional or Upon Request)

May incur extra charges.

  • Laundry folding or washing

  • Dishwashing

  • Window cleaning (interior/exterior)

  • Organization (closets, pantries)

  • Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning

  • Pet hair removal

 

Weather & Emergency Policy

In case of unsafe driving conditions (snow, ice, etc.) or emergencies, we will notify you and reschedule your cleaning as soon as possible.

Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Service

Ensure every guest walks into a spotless, welcoming space with our reliable Airbnb turnover cleaning service. We specialize in fast, thorough cleanings between bookings so your property is always guest-ready—on time, every time.

Our turnover service includes:

  • Full cleaning of all rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
     

  • Kitchen and bathroom sanitation
     

  • Fresh linens and bed-making (if linens provided)
     

  • Trash removal and restocking of essentials
     

  • Inspection for damage or missing items
     

  • Personalized checklist based on your property
     

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared or sold.

 

Changes to Terms

These terms are subjec to change. Clients will be notified of updates before their next scheduled service.
